Policy
Rates are daily, per apartment, including VAT, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, digital terrestrial TV, hair dryer, towels (1 bath towel, 1 hand towel and 1 bidet towel per person, plus one bathmat per apartment), and bedlinen. The apartments are self-catering, and bedlinen is changed on a weekly basis. Mandatory cleaning is charged per apartment per stay at 45,00 euros for the Two-bedroom Apartment and 65,00 euros for the Two-bedroom Villa, payable at the property. On departure, the apartments should be left with the kitchen and utensils cleaned, and any rubbish collected and removed. If not, management will charge an additional 100,00 euros for cleaning. Pets are not allowed. Check-in is from 4pm to 7pm and check-out is between 8am and 10am. In the case of arrival or departure outside these times, please notify the property in advance to arrange key collection.
